# Membership Privileges

* The (INFINITY) MASTERS META DAO will be structured in such a way that you are only required to own at least 1 NFT to become a member.
* Utility benefits, event access, whitelist allocations, and other project ownership perks will be raffled off to the members of the DAO, i.e., event passes to NFT-NYC parties for DeGods holders and other NFT’s that the ( INFINITY ) MASTERS DAO owns.
* Fractionalized ownership for held NFTs will be determined by the number of (INFINITY) MASTERS you own. The more NFT’s you own, the greater fractionalized ownership you will have. Each ( INFINITY ) MASTERS NFT provides the same fixed amount of fractionalized ownership, regardless of its rarity or traits.
* The (INFINITY) MASTERS META DAO CORE TEAM is the main governing body of the ( INFINITY ) MASTERS and the META DAO NFTs, as well as acquisition and liquidation decisions.

### VOTING RIGHTS

Each member has a right to vote on issues concerning the DAO. If a sale is made AFTER a vote has been casted, the ownership of the NFT will be transferred, but the vote made cannot be rescinded.
