The (INFINITY) MASTERS META DAO will be structured in such a way that you are only required to own at least 1 NFT to become a member.
Utility benefits, event access, whitelist allocations, and other project ownership perks will be raffled off to the members of the DAO, i.e., event passes to NFT-NYC parties for DeGods holders and other NFT’s that the ( INFINITY ) MASTERS DAO owns.
Fractionalized ownership for held NFTs will be determined by the number of (INFINITY) MASTERS you own. The more NFT’s you own, the greater fractionalized ownership you will have. Each ( INFINITY ) MASTERS NFT provides the same fixed amount of fractionalized ownership, regardless of its rarity or traits.
The (INFINITY) MASTERS META DAO CORE TEAM is the main governing body of the ( INFINITY ) MASTERS and the META DAO NFTs, as well as acquisition and liquidation decisions.
Each member has a right to vote on issues concerning the DAO. If a sale is made AFTER a vote has been casted, the ownership of the NFT will be transferred, but the vote made cannot be rescinded.
